Sorry for a lack of posting, guys! I've been going through a really difficult time this past week, and needed to clear my head. If you would pray for me, it'd be much appreciated.

But, on the plus side...my poll has ten votes! Thank you so much for voting. As of the moment, hello, sunday is winning, but anything can change in four hours. I hope to have the design uploaded on January 1st, where I might possible have an Etsy opened as well.

starting over

I've decided to make some changes to in the pale gloom. Some pretty big changes, in fact. The URL, title, theme, and amount of posting that I'll be doing on a weekly basis, for example. Why? I feel as if what I've done has been more of a blogging "practice," and I'm ready to get serious about it. I've already added a sponsors gadget, (thank you, lovelies!) which led to the decision of changing the blog around. I'd also like to attempt and design my own blog, HTML and all.

birthday girl

Today is my birthday! Though I haven't opened all of my presents, my aunt did give me money to buy a Chi, (hair flat iron) and we'll be putting up the Christmas tree tonight. I've requested that we watch a few Twilight Zone episodes too. Which reminds me...I'm back in Texas. I'm going to miss my family in Maryland, but I'm so glad to be back home. No one believes me when I say that Texas is my favorite state, but it truly is. I can put up with the hot weather :)

Happy first of December! I know that this month will have a lot of things in store for me, especially because of my birthday (December 3rd) and Christmas. I can't wait to delve deeper into the holiday season! What do you love about December?

staying the night

Tonight, instead of staying at my grandparents' house, (I'm in Maryland!) I'll be spending the night with my cousins. I planned to post pictures of the flight this morning, but the wifi has a password on it, and it only allows a certain amount of computers to be logged in with that account. I can't guarantee that I'll have them posted within the week, but I can try! I hope that you are all having a great holiday season. I know I am.
